You get higher commissions (20-25%), industry-specific marketing materials, co-marketing opportunities, a dedicated Partner Success Manager, and priority client referral matching.

Who can become a Xheris partner?

Anyone passionate about PropTech, real estate, or digital transformation can join. Our program welcomes independent consultants, property professionals, marketing agencies, SaaS resellers, and tech influencers with a property-focused audience.

What's the difference between partnership tiers?

Affiliate Partners promote Xheris and earn 15-20% commissions through referral links. Property Professional Partners (architects, agents, promoters) get 20-25% commissions, industry-specific materials, and co-marketing opportunities. Reseller Partners manage client relationships directly, earn 30-40% recurring commissions with white-label options and full sales team training.

How does the commission structure work?

We offer recurring commissions, not one-time payouts. Affiliates earn 15-20%, Property Professional Partners earn 20-25%, and Resellers earn 30-40% on every active subscription. Commissions are paid monthly for up to 12 months per client as long as they remain subscribed.

How do I get paid?

Payments are processed securely through Stripe Connect or bank transfer (SEPA). You receive monthly commissions for all active clients. Minimum payout is €50, with any balance rolling over to the next month.

How long do I earn commissions?

You earn recurring commissions for up to 12 months per client, as long as they remain active. Your referral is permanently tied to your partner account, ensuring you're rewarded for bringing in long-term customers.

Do I need to pay anything to join?

No. Joining Xheris's partner network is 100% free with no setup fees, quotas, or hidden costs. Just bring your effort and ambition — we provide everything else.

Can I promote in multiple countries?

Yes! Xheris operates in Belgium, France, Luxembourg, Switzerland, Germany, the Netherlands, and the UK — supported in four languages (FR, NL, EN, DE). Promote in any or all markets.

What support will I receive?

You'll have access to a Partner Success Manager for onboarding, marketing materials, product training sessions, sales techniques, and priority support via our partner helpdesk.

Can I use my own branding?

Yes, for resellers. We offer co-branding or white-label setup (subject to approval), allowing you to sell Xheris under your own banner while we handle tech, billing, and updates.

How soon can I start earning?

Immediately after approval. You'll get instant access to your referral link and partner dashboard, allowing you to start sharing and earning commissions the same day.

What if a client cancels or upgrades?

If a client cancels, commission stops after their last paid cycle. If they upgrade, your commission automatically increases according to their new plan value.

Can agencies or companies join?
